These terms govern your use of relayevals.com and the scriptonia CLI, operated by Relay Labs, Inc. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Relay turns customer signal you submit into synthesized contexts and plans (PLAN.md), then uses local snapshots, reviewable policy, and declared evidence to produce verification gates. Optional semantic evaluation sends only a bounded evidence bundle through the authenticated Relay service. An optional authenticated API can execute code you explicitly submit in a transient, isolated sandbox operated by E2B under its terms and privacy policy. Today outbound internet egress is denied and submitted code is not run if Relay cannot verify the deny-all policy and application-level isolation. The product is delivered primarily as a CLI; interfaces may be added over time. AI output and executed code can be wrong or unsafe — plans, verdicts, code, and execution results require your review, and you are responsible for what you (or your agents) run and ship.
2. Your account
One account per person, via Google sign-in. Keep your API keys private; anything done with your keys is attributed to you. Sandbox execution requires a key with the dedicated execute scope and must be called from a trusted server or CLI, not exposed in browser code. You must have the right to submit the signal and code you send.
3. Credits & billing
Plans are credit-capped (Free 25/mo, Pro 400/mo, Team 600/seat pooled; a plan costs 5 credits, a query 1, and adding signal is free). A sandbox execution attempt costs 2 credits only after its E2B sandbox passes isolation verification and execution begins, including later code errors and timeouts because compute ran; provider or isolation failures before that verified start and rejected idempotent retries are not charged. Caps are hard: when exhausted, synthesis and metered execution pause until the monthly reset, a top-up, or an upgrade — there is no automatic overage billing, ever. Subscriptions are billed through Polar and renew monthly; cancel any time and your plan runs until the period ends, then drops to Free with your data intact. Top-ups are granted manually via sathwik07@relayevals.com and expire at the end of the billing month.
4. Acceptable use
Don't submit data or code you have no right to use, don't attempt to access other accounts' data, don't resell the service, and don't use it to build a competing dataset. Do not use sandbox execution for malware, cryptocurrency mining, credential theft, network scanning, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized access, evading security controls, or any illegal or abusive purpose. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service, sandboxes, or the credit system.
5. Your data & IP
Your signal and code stay yours. Generated contexts, plans, and sandbox results are yours to use however you like. You grant us the license needed to store your signal, plans, verification input, and execution metadata, and to transiently process submitted sandbox code and execution results, to operate the service (see the Privacy Policy). The Relay software, brand, and site remain ours.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, code your agents produce or execute, execution results, or interruptions in third-party sandbox infrastructure.
7. Changes & termination
You can delete your account any time (how). We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the blog and the date above changes. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
