The receipt's signature is genuine, but `trusted_producer_ids` in `relay.policy.json` names the machines this repository accepts evidence from, and the one that signed this is not among them. An empty list means any machine, so this only ever appears where somebody chose to narrow it.

Clears when

The evidence is produced again on a machine already on the list, or a person adds this one to it.

Every state, with its exit code, is listed in the documentation. An agent that reaches an unfamiliar state should run relayevals next --format json and follow the single action it returns.
